Single Account Policy

Deposit Limits

Third-Party Payments

Depositing from another person's account or card is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended and the funds returned.

To withdraw funds from Tbajee Com, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be delayed while a verification process is ongoing.
• Withdrawals may be held pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

Withdrawal Rejection

Tbajee Com reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request under the following circumstances: incomplete account verification, unmet bonus requirements, detection of unusual betting patterns, or suspected rule violations.

When placing bets on Tbajee Com, the following rules apply. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Bet Acceptance

• A bet is only considered valid once it has been confirmed by the Tbajee Com system.
• Tbajee Com reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• In the event of a system error, the original stake will be refunded.

Match Cancellation or Suspension

If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the scheduled time, the related bet will be voided and the stake refunded. Separate rules may apply to Live Betting in cases of mid-match interruption or suspension.

Odds Changes

The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect a finalised bet.

Tbajee Com offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotions from time to time. Each bonus carries its own terms and conditions, which are stated alongside the offer.

Wagering Requirements

• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be fulfilled.

• Bonuses will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the specified time.

Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, attempting to manipulate the bonus system, or employing low-risk wagering strategies (arbitrage betting) may result in bonus forfeiture and the account being placed under review.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Tbajee Com platform and may result in immediate account termination:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or false information.
• Using software or bots to place automated bets.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to hack or launch cyberattacks on the platform's servers or systems.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Manipulating the bonus system by creating multiple accounts.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Placing a bet with prior knowledge of an event's outcome (insider trading).

Tbajee Com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason. Users are generally notified by email prior to account closure.

Closed at user's own request

Any user may request to close their own account. A window will be provided to withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts under self-exclusion cannot be reactivated within the specified period.

Cancelled by Tbajee Com

• Accounts may be suspended without warning for any violation of our rules.
• In cases of serious violations, account balances may be forfeited.
• In cases of general inactivity, the account will only be suspended — your balance will remain safe.

Tbajee Com always strives to deliver the highest quality of service. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Tbajee Com is not liable in the following cases:

• Missed bets due to loss of internet connection.
• Due to delays or errors from third-party payment gateways.
• Losses caused by unexpected server downtime.
• Account information compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or force majeure events.

Under no circumstances shall Tbajee Com's total liability exceed the actual funds deposited into the user's account.

Complaints Process

• Step 2: You will receive an initial response within 48 hours.
• Step 3: Complex issues will be resolved within a maximum of 7 business days.
